- Stop Drinking Caffeine
Caffeine is notorious for creating viscous cycles of headaches. The headaches come as a side effect from the caffeine itself and then other times as a side effect from caffeine withdrawals. Get off the roller coaster. - Drink Lots of Water
Headaches are common from even mild dehydration. Drink lots of water to prevent this from happening. - Take Magnesium
Magnesium has been shown to be a headache remedy. If you are constantly plagued with headaches, start taking a daily dose of magnesium to keep them at bay. - Avoid Alcohol
Alcohol has been shown to trigger migraines in about 1/3 of people who struggle with frequent headaches. - Get Plenty of Sleep
A lack of sleep can also contribute to headaches. Make sure you are fully rested to avoid the uncomfortable consequences.
